Congratulations to Lennox Stewart, the Athlete of the Week!

Sports: Rugby

Teams: Waterloo Warriors and Belleville Bulldogs

Lennox is a standout student-athlete who impresses both on and off the field. He attends the University of Waterloo. He is a versatile player for the Waterloo Warriors rugby program, and excels at winger, fullback, and centre. His teammates voted to recognize him as Rookie of the Year for his outstanding performance this season. He was recently selected to represent his team in a 7s rugby tournament at the Royal Military College in Kingston; his team played against Queens, RMC, and St. Lawrence, winning each game and the tourney. Off the field, he’s just as dedicated—maintaining an 80 average in his Honours Chemical Engineering program. He’ll be back in Belleville for the summer playing with the Belleville Bulldogs.
