There was a large fire on a rural farm property in the Greater Napanee area on Monday night.
Reports on social media say a building on the property was fully involved when firefighters responded to a location on South Shore Road (in the Hay Bay area) around 7 pm.
Greater Napanee Firefighters were supported by crews from several surrounding departments including Kingston, Deseronto, Tyendinaga Township and the Mohawk Fire Department.
The road was closed in that area for several hours. There is no word yet on injuries.
