Three people were arrested on a drug charge following a traffic stop where cocaine was seized in west-end Belleville on Thursday night.
On April 9th at 9:46pm, Belleville Police conducted a traffic stop in the city’s west end.
During the stop, officers spoke with the driver and the two male passengers and initiated an investigation.
As a result, the following persons were arrested and charged:
Tyler Hill, 36-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
· Operation while Prohibited under the Criminal Code X4
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Daniel Hill, 65-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Brandon Macleod, 42-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
Officers seized:
· 117.3 grams of Cocaine
· Cell phone
· Digital scale
· $60 in Canadian currency
