Kingston Police officer charged by Belleville Police

A member of the Kingston Police Service has been charged by Belleville Police Service in connection to off-duty incidents.

In October 2025, the Belleville Police Service received a request from the Kingston Police Service to conduct an independent investigation into an allegation of criminal harassment involving one of their members.

This investigation led to the arrest of this person, who was charged one count of criminal harassment.

The member was released on an Undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

No further details will be provided in order to protect the privacy of those involved and to maintain the integrity of the investigation.
