A two-vehicle crash has been reported in Belleville, blocking the intersection of Tracey and North Front Streets.

A message to InQuinte.ca indicated southbound traffic was being limited to one lane, while northbound traffic is getting through largely problem-free around 4:45 p.m.

By 5 o’clock, traffic was getting through slowly, but drivers still should be cautious or avoid the area if at all possible.
