Theft investigation in Brighton

A theft in Brighton from last week is under investigation.

Northumberland OPP received report of a stolen power tool from a commercial business on Oliphant Street last Wednesday, which occurred around 9:20 a.m. that day.

The item taken was a nail gun valued at approximately $730.

The suspect reportedly left the scene in a blue vehicle with a loud exhaust.

Investigators are seeking to identify this individual and are releasing images of the person and the vehicle involved.
