UPDATE: WB 401 open again west of Kingston

By Katie Sherratt May 7, 2024 | 8:28 AM

Traffic is moving again along the westbound 401 west of Kingston.

OPP updated on its East Region X feed around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday hat the westbound lanes of Highway 401 were re-opened between Gardiners Road in Kingston and County Road 6 near Odessa and the westbound on-ramp at Gardiners is also open again.

All of the closures happened due to a crash a few hours earlier — there was still no word on any injuries or what caused that collision.
